I recall having a dream some time ago that captured my attention. In the dream, I returned to my home and found that it had been invaded. I could hear voices shouting from the inside of the home, so I realized the intruders were still on the premises. As I reached for my cell phone to dial 911, a blue light appeared letting me know that my phone was blocked from all outgoing and incoming calls. I hurriedly returned back to my vehicle to leave, and as I was backing out of the garage, the intruders began approaching me. My vehicle would not operate in drive, therefore I had to drive the vehicle in reverse in order to get away. The invaders were after me so fast and furious that I thought at any moment they would capture me. As they continued chasing me, my vehicle eventually backed into a ditch making a complete turn-around, and at this point I was able to escape.
This is the message that I received from the dream. "God can turn around any situation that seems hopeless."
Let's take a look at 1 Corinthians 10:13. "No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will not let you down; He'll never let you be pushed past your limit; He'll always be there to help you come through it."
This is a proven fact in the life of Joseph. Joseph went from the pit to Potiphar's house, from Potiphar's house to prison and from prison to the Palace. However, God was with him and in the end Joseph's situation was turned around. In Genesis 50:20, Joseph reminds us of this faithful saying, "The thing that you meant for evil, God turn it around for good."
Do you have something in your life that you need God to turn around? God is trustworthy, and you can trust Him completely. No matter how hopeless your circumstance may seem, He is also faithful and you can count on Him being there for you. So when everything in your life seems to be going in reverse; and just when you think you are about to be overtaken, God will show up and turn it around.
